Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Canton, MS location. This is 1st shift, 7:30am - 4:00pm, paying $15.00 per hour. The role is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring forklift experience or certification and the ability to lift 25-75lbs.

You’ll join a high-performance team with weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities to travel on our site-wide travel team. Training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic with a strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification or proven experience required.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs and handle varied materials.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred; training available for right candidate.
• Must be 18+ and pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Sit-down/ Standup Forklift Certification or Experience
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
