Job summary

Penmac Staffing is seeking dependable Floaters for a leading manufacturing partner in West Plains. This role involves working on 3rd shift and starting pay of $15.00 per hour.

The Floater will move across multiple production positions, maintain safety and quality, and support overall production goals. Candidates should be flexible, able to learn different roles, and pass a background check and drug screening.

Penmac Staffing is now hiring dependable Floaters for a leading manufacturing partner in West Plains. Positions are available on 3rd shift at a starting pay of $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Work across multiple positions within mill or finish line production areas.
• Follow all responsibilities outlined for each role assigned.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards at all times.
• Assist team members and support overall production goals.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervision or management.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Flexible and willing to learn multiple roles in the production process.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stretching, stooping, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements.
• Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs, occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs, and occasionally push over 100 lbs.
• Work in a non-temperature-controlled, loud manufacturing environment.
• Ability to navigate stairs and work safely around moving mechanical equipment.
