Job summary

Empire Livestock LLC. is seeking a production team member for the third shift (10:00pm - 2:30pm, Mon-Fri). You will operate ESL filling lines, perform CIP sanitation, and ensure product quality while maintaining high uptime.

The role requires following GMPs, accurate record-keeping, and safe operation of forklifts and related equipment. Education of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with production experience valued.

Qualifications

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Certification and/or License may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor ESL filling lines to meet schedules and quality standards.
Perform sanitation, CIP procedures, and equipment cleanup.
Conduct dye checks, weight adjustments, and packaging quality inspections.
Sterilize and maintain ESL filling equipment.
Minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Operate box-forming, coding/marking, and casing equipment.
Follow GMPs, food safety regulations, and company policies.
Document production, quality, and sanitation activities accurately.
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach lifts as required.
Communicate with supervisors and team members; work independently or in a team.
Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned.
