Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance professional for the 3rd shift to keep our Elkhart, Indiana site safe, functional, and compliant. You will perform hands-on maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems, with attention to regulatory standards and safety.

In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, repair equipment, and collaborate with internal teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical certifications preferred.
• 1–3 years in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• 1–3 years operating and maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and identify issues.
• Repair facility equipment such as boilers, compressors, and generators.
• Conduct safety checks to meet OSHA standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized tasks.
• Support facility upgrades and renovation projects.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Adapt to location-specific duties and shift scheduling.
