Our entry level Extruder Operator starts at $22.05 an hour, with a $2.00 per hour shift premium for working on 3rd shift. In addition to wages, our team members also receive quarterly bonuses, set by company growth and quality goals. This is 2.5%-10% of annual earnings! We also have an annual perfect attendance bonus of $1,250!

We are located at 1717 Dufek Drive in Manitowoc, WI. 3rd shift hours are 10:00pm-6am, Sunday-Thursday, with a flexible overtime schedule when voluntary or required. This person needs to be available to train on 1st Shift for approximately 3 months before moving to 3rd Shift. 1st Shift training hours will be Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm. Our facility is environmentally controlled 365 days a year. That means team members are comfortable year-round, working in air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter!

You’ll work hands‑on with advanced thermoplastics and fluoropolymers, monitoring quality and operating extrusion machinery that produces hose with exacting tolerances and world‑class durability. Standing: Ability to stand for 8+ hours during a shift.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Ability to wear required PPE such as safety shoes, eye protection (glasses/goggles), hearing protection, safety vests, and gloves.
Repetitive Motions: Frequent use of hands for tasks such as using safety scissors, bending tubing, taping tube, and connecting hose assemblies.
Sorting: Ability to sort items by size, shape, and color.
Physical Movements: Includes pushing, pulling, kneeling, and squatting as part of daily duties.
Lifting: Ability to lift up to 45 pounds safely.
Sensory Requirements: Must have the ability to perceive color accurately and hear plant paging, alarms, and other important auditory signals.
