Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions in Minnetonka, MN is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator to join the team producing water filtration components. The role involves operating extrusion equipment, quality checks, and maintaining records to support production goals.

Must have a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills (Excel) and familiarity with SAP and LOTO safety procedures. Rotating 12-hour shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality inspection and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain extrusion equipment for processing polypropylene pellets.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in safety-related activities.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machines according to product specifications.
• Inspect materials and products for quality control.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.
• Keep accurate records and communicate technical issues.
• Assist in training other operators.
• Compensation: The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $19.50 hourly.
