Job summary

Dairy Challenge is seeking a 3rd shift filler operator in Santa Ana, CA to maintain safe, efficient operation of ESL filling lines and maximize production uptime. You will perform sanitation, CIP, dye checks, weight adjustments, and packaging quality inspections while adhering to GMPs and food safety policies.

Responsibilities include equipment sterilization, routine maintenance, and coordination with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Production or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or license may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor ESL filling lines to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Perform sanitation, startup, CIP procedures, and equipment cleanup activities.
• Conduct dye checks, weight adjustments, and packaging quality inspections.
• Perform sterilization and routine maintenance of ESL filling equipment.
• Maintain optimum productivity levels while minimizing downtime.
• Operate box-forming and casing equipment.
• Follow GMPs, food safety requirements, and company policies.
