Job summary

Aramark is seeking a 3rd Shift EVS Worker in Southlake, TX. You will clean and maintain patient environments during an overnight shift from 11pm to 7:30am, adhering to safety and infection control standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, restrooms, disposing waste, reporting maintenance needs, and protecting facility security while delivering friendly customer service. Previous custodial experience is preferred and willingness to follow safety procedures is required.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to procedures to provide a safe working environment, aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark rules.
• Performs cleaning and sanitizing of patient/resident rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, bed making, and waste removal.
• Maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans areas to Aramark and client standards.
• Stores and disposes of trash per procedures and transports to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains friendly, efficient customer service toward customers, clients, patients, and co-workers.
• Secures the facility and ensures the building is locked/unlocked as required.
• Handles other duties as assigned by manager.

The 3rd Shift EVS Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer, client, and patient satisfaction during an overnight shift of 11pm-7:30am. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations
• Performs cleaning and sanitizing of patient / resident rooms that may include vacuuming, high and low dusting, bed making and stripping, and removal of general and hazardous waste. Cleans restrooms following proper infection control procedures.
• Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, patients, and co-workers. Is adaptable to customer needs.
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
• Ensures security of company assets
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
