Job summary

Kraft Heinz Garland Plant is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for full-time night shift. The role focuses on preventative, predictive and routine maintenance of production and facilities equipment to maximize reliability.

Requires 3–5 years’ maintenance experience, Millwright credentials, and PLC/Control Logix familiarity. Salary includes base pay of $38.36/hr with a $1.00/hr third-shift premium; position offers full benefits and opportunities to work with high-voltage systems and SAP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with Millwright certification or completion of Millwright apprenticeship.
• 3-5 years as a maintenance mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical problems and determine correct fixes using blueprints or manuals.
• Work with production teams to maximize efficiency and troubleshoot production issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints and equipment manuals.
