Job summary

Community Care Network in Rutland, VT is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the North End Ranch third shift. You will assist residents with daily tasks, transportation, medical needs and personal care in a warm, supportive home.

Responsibilities include planning and carrying out individual programs and implementing goals from the ISA. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; the position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Flexible, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities desired.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in day-to-day tasks including transportation, medical management, dietary needs, and personal care.
• Assist in planning and carrying out individual programs and implementing ISA‑identified goals.
• Contribute to a warm, rewarding work atmosphere at North End Ranch.
