Job summary

Baxters North America, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a 3rd shift Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility across office, production, warehouse, and break areas.

This role supports employee safety, food safety, quality standards, and operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment. You will perform routine custodial duties, clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, handle trash disposal, and operate cleaning equipment safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, sanitation, or facilities cleaning preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and cleaning.
• Restroom and breakroom sanitation and restocking.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Clean windows, walls, doors, and surfaces.
• Operate custodial equipment safely and properly.
• Follow GMPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Inventory janitorial supplies and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Report facility maintenance issues to supervision.
