Confidential liquid beverage manufacturer in the Indianapolis area is seeking a Controls Engineer for the 3rd shift. You will support automated manufacturing and warehouse operations across facilities, developing control strategies, programming PLCs, and improving equipment reliability.

This role requires strong motion control knowledge, experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell platforms, and the ability to travel 50–70%.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or 2–4 years related experience.
• Advanced PLC programming and motion control knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment problems.
• Willingness to travel 50%–70% and work third shift.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement control strategies for production equipment and conveyors.
• Program, test, and repair PLC-based controls and motion systems.
• Support new equipment development and system upgrades.
• Establish controls coding standards and documentation across facilities.
• Provide technical direction and training to site controls teams.
• Explain recommendations to plant leadership.
