Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Sandusky, OH is seeking a 3rd Shift Common Area Floor Technician responsible for cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping and waxing floors and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

In this role you will support the leadership team, guide associates, and ensure a welcoming environment while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel, resort, or related field.
• Supervisory experience or leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, mop, strip and wax floors.
• Keep log of floor areas and cleaning schedules.
• Maintain, clean and store equipment.
• Assist with deep cleaning and support housekeeping during peak periods.

3rd Shift Common Area Floor Technician

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a3rd Shift Common Area Floor Technician. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll enhance the guest and associate experience by ensuring exceptional service delivery through effective team leadership, prompt issue resolution, and a welcoming environment.

Starting Rate:Up to $18.00*

*Eligibility requirements apply. Base pay starts at $16.00*

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping and waxing floors
• Responsible for keeping log of floor areas, scheduled cleaning and maintenance duties
• Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and/or assist housekeeping staff during unanticipated rush periods.
