Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Sandusky, OH seeks a 3rd Shift Common Area Floor Technician to maintain floors and keep spaces spotless for guests and team members.

You will dust, mop, strip and wax floors, log cleanliness, assist with deep cleaning projects, and support housekeeping during busy periods while upholding our Lead with Love promise and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, and store equipment; assist with deep cleaning projects.
• Assist housekeeping during unanticipated rush periods.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a3 rd Shift Common Area Floor Technician. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the maintenance of all floor areas and sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise toLead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll enhance the guest and associate experience by ensuring exceptional service delivery through effective team leadership, prompt issue resolution, and a welcoming environment.

Starting Rate :Up to $18.00*

*Eligibility requirements apply. Base pay starts at $16.00*

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning, dusting, mopping, stripping and waxing floors
• Responsible for keeping log of floor areas, scheduled cleaning and maintenance duties
• Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and/or assist housekeeping staff during unanticipated rush periods.
