Qualifications

• 2+ years of 5-Axis CNC setup and operation experience
• Experience with carbide cutting tools and grinding processes
• Certification in manufacturing is beneficial but hands-on experience is valued

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC grinding machines, including tooling, offsets, and adjustments.
• Program and operate CNC grinders to meet exact blueprint and customer specifications.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, prints, and technical documentation.
• Inspect parts using precision measurement and quality control tools.
• Monitor production quality throughout the process—catching issues before they become problems.
• Troubleshoot quality concerns and communicate effectively with programmers and leadership.
• Perform daily machine inspections to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe workstations.
• Support continuous improvement and take ownership of your work.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support production goals.
