Qualifications

• Must hold a current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Kansas
• Valid CPR certification required
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with overnight care needs and daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Set up, administer, and document medications accurately under supervision of a licensed nurse
• Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in condition, promptly reporting to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and quiet environment that supports restful sleep for residents
• Respond to emergency calls and overnight needs with professionalism and compassion
• Support smooth shift transitions through thorough documentation and communication with other shifts
• Foster a respectful and supportive atmosphere for residents and coworkers alike
