Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for the 3rd Shift (11:00pm–6:30am) to join C&W Services. You will perform custodial duties under supervision, ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures.

This full-time on-site role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings Sunday through Thursday. Responsibilities include floor care, window washing, restroom stocking, trash collection, and reporting any facility issues.

Qualifications

• The role requires basic cleaning tasks and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Experience operating cleaning tools and equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces across buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines as directed.
• Vacuum offices and public areas; perform dusting and surface cleaning.
• Wash windowsills, doors, walls, and light fixtures; restock bathrooms.
• Monitor and report equipment or facility issues to supervisors.
