Job summary

Penske Logistics is expanding our operations to Mesa, AZ with a brand new facility. This role offers a 3rd shift (12:00PM–12:30AM) with a competitive wage and benefits in a climate-controlled environment.

Key duties include palletizing, loading/unloading trailers, operating forklifts, and ensuring safety and accuracy in warehouse processes. Prior experience is not required, but attention to detail and ability to follow directions are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and time management.

Responsibilities

• Accurately match numbers and letters.
• Stage and sort products for loading and unload trailers.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks and transport items within the warehouse.
• Open/close dock doors and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Read production schedules and customer orders to move or distribute items.
• Ensure damaged products are identified and removed.
