Duchess is hiring a 3rd Shift Cashier - Duchess Team Member FT/PT in Ohio. You’ll welcome customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and organized as part of our team.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset and strong communication.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to help customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards and our loyalty program.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
