Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is hiring a 3rd Shift Breakperson for Leeland Baking Co. LLC in TX. This role provides break/meal relief for production positions on the assigned shift, with assignments typically not exceeding 20 minutes.

You will interact with the work group and other departments, contributing to product safety, legality and quality. Strong attention to SOPs and safety rules is essential. Responsibilities include performing routine production tasks as directed, keeping the work area clean,

Qualifications

• Must have production task experience and the ability to read/record information.
• Adherence to safety rules and company policies is required.
• Ability to work with a team on a production floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide break and/or meal relief for production positions on the assigned shift.
• Interact with work groups and other departments at the primary location.
• Demonstrate competency in on-the-job activities affecting product safety, legality and quality.
• Perform routine production tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and comply with safety rules.
• Support other duties as directed by supervision to ensure operations run smoothly.
