Job summary

Altium Packaging in Oil City, PA is seeking a mechanically inclined Production Operator for blow molding operations. You will operate blow molding machines, monitor performance, and perform quality checks while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role includes a $500 sign-on bonus and a shift pattern offering three days off per week. Successful candidates will handle routine maintenance, assist with changeovers, and ensure proper labeling and packaging per customer requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate blow molding machines, grinders, trimmers, and conveyors.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient production of quality products.
• Make machine and process adjustments to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine bottle inspections, including drop tests and other quality evaluations.
• Monitor packaging materials and replenish supplies as needed.
• Move finished products to designated storage or staging areas.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, packaged, and prepared according to customer requirements.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
