Job summary

Altium Packaging in Fresno, CA seeks a Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET, and injection molding equipment, perform minor maintenance, and uphold GMPs on the production line.

You will follow safety policies, document daily production reports, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure quality bottles through inspections and process adherence. The role requires basic math, basic computer skills, and previous blow-mold experience.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Blow mold experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Embraces and participates in continuous improvement processes to drive change within the plant.
• Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies.
• Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging and labeling.
• Prepare maintenance request forms and document equipment repairs.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
