Bayer is hiring a 3rd shift Associate Technician to support packaging operations in a GMP environment. You will plan, package, and QC product quantities according to SOPs and site policies, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve processes.

Responsibilities include training others, supporting maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with GMP standards. This role requires flexibility for shift changes and a safety-first mindset.

- Relevant skills and experience will be listed so you know why those jobs are a match**3rd shift Associate Technician** | | | |**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Perform necessary tasks to plan and package high-quality products on time and in the right quantities in OTC and Nutritional factories at the Myerstown site in accordance with site policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and practices.Work with multidisciplinary autonomous and dynamic teams to drive operational efficiencies, best practices, adopt new technologies, and ensure continuous production process improvement.Take personal accountability in upskilling training/coaching needs and collaborate in the development of training programs to enhance the skills of the operations cluster teams.Develop high-performance competencies such as technical skills, digital capabilities, communication, and teamwork to build a collaborative, autonomous culture.Champion continuous improvement and knowledge transfer, identifying skill gaps, proposing solutions, and supporting development initiatives.Assist with technical troubleshooting and predictive/preventive maintenance tasks as needed.Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, GMP standards, and industry best practices across all packaging processes.Other DutiesComplete other duties as assigned.**WHO YOU ARE****Required Qualifications:**Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) environmentDemonstrated ability to work safely in a production environment with frequent production schedule changes.**Preferred Qualifications:**At least 6 months experience using motorized & non-motorized material handling equipmentEmployees can expect to be paid a salary between $23.32-$34.99. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant).
