Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Manufacturing Associate for the 3rd shift at our Hendersonville/Flat Rock, NC client. The role offers starting pay of $18.00 per hour in a clean, climate-controlled environment with a 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM schedule.

Training is provided, there is potential for temporary-to-permanent hire, and the company offers tenure-based pay increases and benefits once hired permanently.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required; training provided.
• Strong attendance and dependability.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with very small components.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small components in a clean, air-conditioned environment.
• Use tweezers, small hand tools, and small power tools.
• Inspect small parts for quality and accuracy.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and procedures.
• Stand throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. as needed.
