Job summary

NSI Industries is hiring for an Assembly Operator on the 3rd shift (10:30pm-6:30am) at the Odessa, FL location. You will read and follow job instructions, use correct tooling, and help maintain production flow.

The role requires the ability to lift 35 lbs, learn new skills, and adapt to process changes as needed. Responsibilities include data entry into MES, quality checks, and ensuring housekeeping and tool maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand and follow job instructions.
• Ability to maintain concentration and work efficiently under production pressures.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and follow job instructions and use proper tooling and components.
• Maintain production flow and meet or exceed production times within standard.
• Complete required paperwork and enter data into MES as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping and tool maintenance.
