Job summary

AprilAire is seeking a Regular, Full-Time 3rd Shift Assembler for our Poynette, WI facility. Shift hours are Sunday to Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am. Pay starts at $15.18 hourly base plus shift premium and production incentive pay, with an average hourly wage between $22 and $28.

Responsibilities include reading instructions, assembling parts, spotting issues, and building teamwork on the production floor. Candidates should be comfortable with hand tools and basic measuring tasks.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with assembly, hand, and measuring tools.
• Ability to perform simple math.
• Ability to stand, bend and reach to perform tasks safely.
