LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to help us recover delinquent accounts from home. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain compliant, professional interactions with borrowers across a nationwide portfolio.

The role requires at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a confidential remote workspace.

What You'll Do

As a Collections Specialist, you'll play an important role in helping LCS achieve its recovery goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance.

• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-volume collections' environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Experience negotiating settlements and payment arrangements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding collection goals.
