Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join our nationwide team from a home office. This role emphasizes negotiation, compliance, and performance-driven results.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers. Bilingual English/Spanish skills and 2 years of third-party collection experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace suitable for confidential customer conversations.
• Experience working in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
