Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join our team from home. The role focuses on negotiating resolutions, arranging payments, and using skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers, all while complying with laws and maintaining professional customer interactions.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in third-party debt collection, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities
