LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist to join our team. If you bring experience in third-party collections, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance, you could thrive in our performance-driven environment.

In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and leverage skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace suitable for confidential conversations.
• Experience working in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding collection goals.
