Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions (CCFS) in Eagan, MN is hiring Freight Handlers for a 3pm–11pm shift. This safety-sensitive role loads/unloads freight from trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and handcarts, with training to operate required equipment.

Responsibilities include using scanners, staging inbound freight, and ensuring freight quality. Requires 6+ months forklift experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50–90 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 90 pounds.
• At least 6 months of verifiable forklift experience.
• Pre-employment skills assessment required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand cart.
• Use handheld scanners to track and document freight through the network.
• Identify, sticker, and stage inbound freight.
• Verify freight condition to meet quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
