Job summary

JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. seeks a Logistics Account Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for assigned client accounts. You will supervise teams across receiving, inventory, putaway, picking, packing and shipping, ensuring quality and on-time performance.

You will manage staffing, communications with clients, and utilize labor-management tools. Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Softeon WMS are valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a 3PL warehouse environment.
• 2+ years' experience supervising teams and projects in a 3PL warehouse environment.
• Experience supervising shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and distribution operations.
• Experience communicating with customers.
• Experience using labor management tools and reports.
• Intermediate experience in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Softeon WMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of assigned client accounts within the facility from end-to-end.
• Directing staff to complete tasks across warehouse departments.
• Manage inventory and run daily cycle counts.
• Lead daily team huddles and communicate priorities.
• Coordinate staffing with agencies and manage recruitment or termination as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and resolve issues.
• Review labor metrics to ensure costs align with client needs.
