Job summary

UP Talent Group partners with a fast-growing 3PL to identify exceptional Fulfillment Center Operations Managers for their warehouses in Hudson County, NJ and Bucks County, PA.

You will lead end-to-end fulfillment across multiple client accounts, drive performance, ensure SLA adherence, and implement continuous improvements in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution operations.
• Proven experience managing clients or business units simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of WMS systems and warehouse best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership in high-volume environments.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and external clients.
• Has flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations across multiple client accounts.
• Lead and develop warehouse teams, including supervisors and associates.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met, including accuracy and on-time shipping.
• Own labor planning, staffing, and scheduling to match volume.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs and increase throughput.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
• Support onboarding of new clients and system integration.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and policies.
