Job summary

Huntersville Health & Rehabilitation Center in Huntersville, North Carolina is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). We’re looking for caring CNAs who want to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives and build genuine relationships with patients and families.

The CNA provides direct care under a nurse's supervision, assisting with activities of daily living and documenting vitals and intake/output. Licensure in NC or within 100 days of completion is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current North Carolina Nurse Aide license in good standing or be within 100 days of completing a state-approved CNA course.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing and dressing.
• Serve and collect food trays, feed residents, and ensure proper intake.
• Measure and record weights, temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care to the residents of the health and rehabilitation center, assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Those duties include but are not limited to: bathing, dressing, serves and collects food trays, feeds residents, measures and records weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output as directed.

Qualifications:
