Lamar Graphics in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring a 3D Technician to support Senior Technicians by painting and airbrushing life-like props for billboards. The role operates CNC cutting and finish-coating machines in a busy shop, with safety-focused procedures and everyday production planning.

Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm with occasional overtime. Hourly pay ranges from $19.00 to $20.00, plus PTO, holidays, benefits, and a strong employee development culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of operating CNC cutting and finish-coating machines preferred.
• 1 year of painting or auto body experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of Printing or Graphics Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Paint and airbrush completed 3D props to support Senior Technicians.
• Receive orders and schedule production using Lamar’s systems.
• Perform routine service and maintenance on cutting mills and related equipment.
• Load/unload EPS blocks and coro-plast material based on shipping priorities.
• Ensure size and shape accuracy of EPS materials.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment.
• Prepare finished material for coating and ensure clean, organized work area.
• Maintain inventory logs and follow safety protocols.
