Job summary

LightForce is a leading digital orthodontics company seeking a Manufacturing Technician to maintain daily operations of our orthodontic appliance production line. You will collaborate with hardware engineers and dental planners to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products worldwide.

This role reports to the Manufacturing Project Manager and requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of documentation and data traceability.
• Familiar with standard operating procedures in manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to safety and conscientious work practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Follow specifications and quality procedures to produce products.
• Maintain product traceability throughout the process.
• Ensure equipment operations conform to production standards.
• Assist training of new operators.
• Support safety and quality improvement programs.
