Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Art/Gaming/Graphics or related field with 2–4 years relevant experience.
• 2 years relevant experience with Bachelor's; or 0 years with Masters; or High School Diploma with 6 years.
• Strong experience in 3D modeling, texturing, scripting, and animation for gaming or simulation.
• Proficiency with tools such as 3ds Max, UV Layout, Maya, Photoshop, or Blender.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish high quality, exercise ready 3D models in various formats.
• Produce models that meet Unity and .fbx/.3ds Max requirements.
• Maintain and update 3D model and texture libraries.
• Work directly with source data providers, planners, and customers to gather and refine requirements.
• Test and optimize models to ensure proper rendering in simulation environments.
• Collaborate with cross functional team members to troubleshoot, adjust, and enhance 3D models throughout the production lifecycle.

What You Must Have

• 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Gaming, Graphics, or related field, plus 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in 3D modeling, texturing, scripting, and animation for gaming or simulation environments
• Skilled in UV mapping, polygon optimization, LOD design, and high/low poly modeling
• Proficiency with tools such as 3ds Max, UV Layout, Maya, Adobe Photoshop, or Blender
• Familiarity with formats such as .flt, .obj, .skp, and .hpy
• Experience with Unity3D, Unreal Engine, CryEngine, Havok, VBS, or similar platforms
• Experience with animation, rigging, or weighting
• Basic knowledge of C++, C#, or JavaScript within a game engine environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• U.S. citizenship required; must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance

Physical Requirements

Adequate visual acuity and manual dexterity for meeting the requirements Software Engineer family.
