Full-Time | $17-$25/hr. based on experience | Health, Dental & 401K | On-Site

Met-L-Flo Inc. in Sugar Grove is seeking skilled production technicians. Activities can include casting, sanding and painting different types of plastics. Processing silicone molds with two part urethanes, and potential to operate industrial scale 3D printing machines. These candidates should have great attention to detail, process control mindset and high quality standards. A natural mechanical ability and comfort with precision measurement tools such as calipers are a plus.

Simple list of possible responsibilities includes: Casting, sanding/surface preparation, painting, silicone casting (mold setup, injection, demolding, and part finishing), shipping, and general shop cleanup/maintenance. Can learn 3D printing machine set-up, calibration, operation and maintenance.
