Job summary

Banner Imaging, part of Banner Health, seeks a Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammograms at the New River Trails Imaging Center in Glendale. You will train on 3D mammography units, manage patient schedules, and work closely with radiologists and technologists to ensure accurate diagnoses.

This role requires ARRT, state licensure, and 3D mammography experience; a $10,000 sign-on is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Requires national ARRT certification and state licensure as applicable.
• Advance Mammography certification required within 18 months of hire.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed mammography procedures following orders and policies.
• Educate patients about procedures and ensure comfort and safety.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic and screening images for interpretation.
• Prepare and maintain patient documentation and imaging records.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with radiologists and technologists.
• Maintain a safe, compliant imaging environment.
