Job summary

CTS Complete Technical Services is seeking a candidate for 3D laser scanning surveys within a chemical plant environment. The role involves using long-range laser scanners and creating deliverables based on point cloud data.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in 3D scanning and metrology, strong leadership skills, and an understanding of CAD software. Physical ability to handle varying workloads is required, along with a TWIC card.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working in the 3D Scanning / Metrology industry required.
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC card.
• Understanding of CAD platforms and GD&T methods is a plus.
• Surveying background preferred.
• Strong leadership and good people skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D laser scanning using long-range scanners.
• Process point cloud data and create deliverables.
• Assist in planning and executing field projects.
• Confer with customer representatives regarding schematics.
• Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings from sketches and notes.
