Job summary

ByteDance’s PICO Developer Technology team is creating the XR foundations powering immersive experiences. We seek graduates to develop innovative XR graphics features and PICO XR system software, while advancing graphics tools and performance research.

You will organize research data, write reports, and publish papers as part of advancing the state of the art in XR across runtime software and game engines.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in computer science or related discipline.
• 3D graphics rendering experience.
• Good understanding of the modern mobile graphics pipeline.
• Familiar with Vulkan or OpenGL.
• Strong C++ programming skills.
• Strong optimization skill to ship practical technologies into products.

The PICO Developer Technology team is dedicated to building the foundational technologies that enable immersive XR experiences. Our team is responsible for developing and optimizing XR technologies across the software stack, including runtime software, developer SDKs, and game engines. By empowering our developers, we help create the most advanced XR applications.We are looking for talented individuals to join our team.
