## 3D Content Software Engineering Manager - SimulationApply: Remote/Hybrid: Sunnyvale, California, United States of America: Remote - California: Work From Home - Michigan: Full time: Posted Today: JR-202616945**Job Description**RESPONSIBILITIES:* Leads, guides and directs a group of 3D artists and pipeline engineers responsible for engineering deliverables in support of the Autonomous Vehicle Simulation organization's business objectives.* **7+ years**of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion focused on 3D Content.* Manages engineering execution of team as related to the Simulation framework deliverables.* Provides technical leadership to work team. Interacts and collaborates with many teams cross-functionally.* Leads team on new methods or initiatives without defined procedures.* Reviews and approves engineering documentation, e.g. requirements, documents.* Hiring: Identifies & leads staffing initiatives for work team.COMMUNICATING:* Conducts regularly scheduled Group Meetings, Communicates GM Policies & Procedures, Leadership and Safety Messages.* Creates and communicates vision & strategies specific to functional responsibilities, including preparing and giving presentations.TRAINING & DEVELOPING:* Insures employees complete all mandatory GM training and any specific training related to functional responsibility.* Understands & supports employee's career development goals.
