As an Apprentice Plumber, you will play a crucial role in the installation of plumbing and mechanical systems across our diverse project portfolio. Your work will be performed in strict accordance with industry codes and project documents, ensuring high-standard compliance and contributing to the overall success of the Archer Mechanical team. Responsibilities:

• Install plumbing and mechanical systems according to code and project documents.
• Perform pipefitting and welding tasks as required.
• Anticipate upcoming tasks and provide material lists and tool requests to the Journeyman, Foreman, and/or Superintendent one week in advance.
• Offer suggestions for productive and efficient installation approaches and options.
• Learn, apply, and maintain piping and fittings, including assembly, cutting, threading, grooving, and brazing/soldering, to meet project goals and requirements.
• Familiarize yourself with the project layout and ensure installations are carried out as directed and in compliance with codes.
• Maintain a focus on quality assurance by inspecting and assessing craftsmanship and installed work.
• Utilize the EDGE method (Explain, Demonstrate, Guide, Enable) when teaching and mentoring other team members.
