Google Media Buyer Affiliate Marketing

We're looking for a data-obsessed, results-driven Google Media Buyer with deep affiliate marketing experience and a proven track record managing high-scale offers ($10K+ / day per offer). If you live for ROAS, thrive on rapid testing, and know how to engineer winning campaigns at scale, this role is for you.

This is not a beginner position you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, own your media buying pipeline, and scale campaigns that drive serious results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and scale high-volume Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) with budgets of $10K / day+ per offer
  • Own all phases of campaign management : from strategy, launch, and testing to optimization and scaling
  • Collaborate with affiliate managers and funnel teams to align offers, landing pages, and creatives for maximum conversion
  • Run structured creative testing and landing page split tests to drive improvements in CTR, CVR, and AOV
  • Monitor performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, and LTVoptimize aggressively
  • Track and report on campaign performance using attribution tools (Voluum, RedTrack, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with ad policies, vertical-specific guidelines, and tracking accuracy across all campaigns
