Amentum is seeking a Fusion 35T MI Systems Maintainer/Integrator Training Specialist to support FNSTB in the DoTD for USAICoE training efforts at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This role requires active TS/SCI clearance and IAT II minimums, with cross-domain IT and security responsibilities.

The position involves maintaining and integrating MI training systems, coordinating training materials, and complying with polygraph requirements. Six years of related experience preferred; readiness criteria apply.

Qualifications

The Formations and New Systems Training Branch (FNSTB) in the Doctrine and Training Division (DoTD) supports the Intelligence Transformation Integration Directorate (I-TID), United States Army

Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) by providing instruction, training development, and training support for Military Intelligence (MI) formations at every echelon. FNSTB’s mission is to analyze, design,

develop, integrate, evaluate, and deliver training and training strategies in support of MI and select non-MI capabilities throughout MI formation updates and Materiel Program development, testing, and fielding.

The contractor shall provide personnel for non-personal services as Instructors, Training Developers, and training support personnel. The contractor shall develop, update, and review training products, and

present/conduct training to units receiving intelligence and specific non-intelligence capabilities. These services include, but are not limited to development or review of new or revised systems training products (i.e. Critical Task Lists, Lesson Plans (and supporting presentation material), System Training Plans (STRAPs), Training Support Packages (TSPs), Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), Technical Manuals (TMs), doctrine, Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) requirements document, Training Test Support Packages (TTSPs), Training Test Certification Plans (TTCPs), Operational Test Readiness Reviews (OTRRs), Operational Test Readiness Statement- Training (OTRS-T), Test Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), and computer-based training (CBT). The contractor shall also provide support to analyze, design, develop, integrate, evaluate, and deliver training and training strategies in support of MI and select non-MI capabilities

throughout MI formation updates and Materiel Program development, testing, and fielding.

The contractor shall provide support for a multi-functional operating environment. The contractor shall develop, organize, and conduct training and educational programs. The contractor shall also coordinate the development and delivery of complex training programs and related material. Additionally, the contractor shall establish and review training content and objectives. Last, the contractor shall conduct training and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training.

Basic Qualifications for All Fusion 35T MI Systems Maintainer/Integrator Training Specialists:

a) TOP SECRET clearance with access to SCI.

b) Experience in Systems Administration (Windows and Unix based OS), computer/system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems), Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) or other database management, troubleshooting,

and cross domain configuration.

c) Experience in configuring and troubleshooting networks, ensuring that network encryption and protocols are

properly configured for routers and switches, and TCP/IP ports are properly secured within a LAN and WAN.

d) Experience with basic software and hardware upgrades, and general maintenance of laptops, servers, and system

peripherals e) Be physically able to lift “2- and 4-person lift” cases.

e) Able to cross learn, develop training, and instruct all platforms within the FNSTB Fusion Branch to include Future

Army Intelligence Capabilities.

f) Must submit to a CI Polygraph IAW AR 381-20 in order to perform on this contract. Contractor employees who

do not take a CI Polygraph or do not obtain a favorable result from a CI polygraph may not perform on this contract.

g) Contractors will be subject to government provided counterintelligence polygraph (CSP) prior to being hired and

must continue to pass subsequent CSP to maintain currency.

h) Contractors who have previously failed a CSP will be denied access to Secure Compartmented Information

Facilities. j) Meet DoD 8570.1M IAT II minimum requirements

i) Able to obtain NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and NSA PRIVAC accounts

j) Operational or Tactical experience in operating/maintaining TROJAN, MCN-AE, CDSS, IFS, P-MFWS, GWS,

OGS, or CGS/TGS as a 35T or 353T is preferred

k) Able to obtain a valid U.S. Passport and International Driver’s License.

Qualifications for Senior Fusion 35T MI Systems Maintainer/Integrator Training Specialists:

Six years of applicable experience (four additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for the degree), four years

of which is experience as a MI Systems Maintainer/Integrator or comparable Area of Concentration for Enlisted, Warrant

Officers, or Officers from the Army, Air Force, Space Force, Navy, or Marine Corps, two years of which is experience is in

training development using the ADDIE process (preferred); Instructor certified meeting TRADOC standards with NET/DTT

experience preferred, especially delivering training for new systems.

Compensation Details:

$67,000 - $100,000
