Amentum is seeking a 352S Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Collection Instructor to support HTASC at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This full-time, on-site role involves shaping intelligence education, training, and mission support for the Army's professionals.

Requirements include TS/SCI, eight years as a SIGINT Collection Technician, and knowledge of SIGINT policies and architecture. Preferred: instructor certification and curriculum development experience.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required; US citizenship is required to obtain clearance.
• 8 years of successful experience as a 352S SIGINT Collection Technician.
• Knowledge of SIGINT policies, USSIDs, and classification procedures.
• Experience with staff documents, briefings, and TECHSIGINT reporting policies.
• Familiarity with COMINT/ELINT/FISINT/PROFORMA collection/exploitation.

We are currently seeking a 352S Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Collection Instructor to support this mission-critical program. This is a full-time, onsite position located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, offering the opportunity to directly contribute to the training and development of the intelligence professionals who safeguard our nation's security.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute the process for identification, development, and validation of POI updates for the courses to remain current, relevant and reflective of Army Transformation. This includes developing and maintaining working relationships with the required stakeholders and decision makers across USAICoE.
• Must meet all NSA standards of access and be able to gain access to NSANet.

Minimum Requirements:

• TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance required (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance)
• Prior 352S SIGINT Collection Technician in good standing, graduate of WOBC and WOIC or equivalent courses.
• Knowledge of SIGINT policies, USSIDs, classification procedures and TECHSIGINT architecture (tactical and national).
• Must have 8 years of successful experience as a 352S executing or managing authorized intelligence operations.
• Knowledge of current policy and doctrine of the 352S MOS, including current changes and fielding of Army Field Manuals (FM), Army Doctrine Publications (ADP), Army Techniques Publications, (ATP) Army Regulations, current NSA Policy, and DoD Directives.
• Experience with preparation of staff documents (i.e., SOPs, Intelligence Requirements, training plans, Mission Essential Task List, MOA/MOU), preparing and providing briefings, TECHSIGINT reporting policies and procedures, and collection/exploitation capabilities for COMINT / ELINT / FISINT / PROFORMA.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Instructor Certified
• Previous experience as an instructor, trainer, or curriculum developer
• Experience at the Field Grade Level (CW3 and above)
