California Bank & Trust, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is seeking a 340B Client Account Manager. The role supports a growing 340B business line, with 4+ years in account management and 340B experience preferred. Remote work or in-office in Midvale, UT are available.

Qualifications

• 340B account management experience or 340B experience with account management skills.
• Excellent customer relationship, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive customer success and retention.
• Excellent problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage client expectations.
• Ability to follow up and drive interdepartmental priorities to meet customer requirements.
• Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail.
• High energy and a strong work ethic; willing to go above and beyond for customer.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and long-term relationships; maximize inside sales opportunities.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of accounts and key decision-makers.
• Work with Covered Entities and focus on implementation and client servicing.
• Establish strong relationships to provide high level of service to assigned accounts.
• Grow and develop existing clients to generate incremental business.
• Act as day-to-day contact for customers for new products and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide support.
• Board new clients effectively and oversee solutions for clients.
• Provide technical support or coordinate with technical teams as needed.
