Job summary

You will perform pre-shift tests and daily scheduling, assist with material handling, and participate in safety and continuous improvement programs while keeping a clean, organized work area. Minimum high school diploma or GED, 3–6 months related experience preferred, and forklift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling procedures.
• Forklift Driver licensing required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate wood treating equipment safely and efficiently.
• Transfer material into/out of the treating cylinder.
• Perform preventive maintenance on treating equipment.
• Complete pre-shift startup checklists.
• Prepare for daily treating schedule.
• Ensure material is ready for treating.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in safety and CI programs.
• Perform other duties as required.
