Job summary

AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable Wet Process Operator (Sander) to join our Orange, CA facility. This full-time position requires adherence to process procedures, safe work habits, and accurate documentation of production and quality metrics.

You will operate sanders and related equipment, perform setup tasks, inspect parts, and maintain a clean and safe work area while coordinating with team members to meet production goals. Weekend overtime may be required to support schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow process procedures.
• Overtime and weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as instructed by supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Wet sand by hand and operate processing equipment.
• Record quality and lot documentation.
• Assist other operators when time allows.
