Job summary

FIBA Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled welder to join our fabrication team in Littleton, MA. The role involves welding piping and manifolds, cutting, grinding, drilling, and assembling components according to blueprints, with the ability to work in various positions.

Candidate should have 2–4 years of TIG or MIG welding experience, experience with carbon steel structures, and strong mechanical aptitude. Must lift 50+ lbs and be able to stoop, crouch, and kneel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years TIG or MIG welding experience.
• Ability to weld carbon steel structural shapes and skid frames.
• Must be able to weld from all angles and positions; mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and weld piping and manifolds.
• Cut, grind, drill holes and weld steel to blueprint specifications.
• Weld valves and hardware into manifolds and assemble components as per blueprints.
• Position parts in jig and align for welding; tack and finish welds as required.
• Follow blueprints to bend, shape and fabricate manifold tubing systems.
